Ekstrakten indeholder de samme indholdsstoffer som olivenolie, bare i meget mere <a href=\"http:\/\/www.naardiagnosenerkraeft.dk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/05\/olivenplante.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-full wp-image-457\" alt=\"olivenplante\" src=\"http:\/\/www.naardiagnosenerkraeft.dk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/05\/olivenplante.jpg\" width=\"150\" height=\"180\" \/><\/a>koncentreret form. Bladene indeholder n\u00e6sten hundrede aktive stoffer, som er virksomme mod en bred vifte af mikroorganismer, herunder stafylokokker.<\/p>\n<p>B\u00e5de olivenolie og olivenbladsekstrakt har imidlertid ogs\u00e5 vist sig at have en god effekt i forhold til blodsukker og insulinresistens.<\/p>\n<p>I et randomiseret, dobbelt-blindet, placebo-kontrolleret, cross-over fors\u00f8g fik 46 midaldrende m\u00e6nd (gennemsnitlig alder 46,4 \u00e5r og BMI p\u00e5 28) tilskud med olivenbladsekstrakt (51,1 mg oleuropein og 9,7 mg hydroxytyrosol dagligt) i en 12 ugers periode. Resultatet viste en forbedring af insulinf\u00f8lsomheden p\u00e5 15% sammenlignet med placebo.<\/p>\n<p>Forskerne konkluderede, at tilskud med olivenblad forbedrede insulinf\u00f8lsomheden og bugspytkirtlens betacelle-sekretion signifikant hos midaldrende, overv\u00e6gtige m\u00e6nd med risiko for at udvikle metabolisk syndrom.<\/p>\n<p><b>Referencer:<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Olive (Olea europaea L.)
