De valgte 8 case-control<\/span><a title=\"\" href=\"#_ftn1\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">[1]<\/span><\/a><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Times New Roman;\"> og 3 prospektive<\/span><a title=\"\" href=\"#_ftn2\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">[2]<\/span><\/a><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Times New Roman;\"> studier til deres unders\u00f8gelse, som omfattede 8.436 tilf\u00e6lde af lungekr\u00e6ft.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Times New Roman;\">Alle studierne havde anvendt sp\u00f8rgeskemaer, hvor deltagerne rapporterede om hyppigheden og forbrug af forskellige f\u00f8devarer for at estimere indtaget af soja.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Times New Roman;\">Resultaterne af denne meta-analyse viste en reduktion af risikoen for lungekr\u00e6ft ved henholdsvis h\u00f8jt og lavt indtag af soja. Da analysen blev begr\u00e6nset til 5 studier af h\u00f8j kvalitet, var reduktionen hele 30%.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Times New Roman;\">Analyse af s\u00e6rlige grupper afsl\u00f8rede, at den st\u00f8rste beskyttende effekt opn\u00e5edes af kvinder, ikke-rygere og asiater. I studier med et dokumenteret indtag af soja isoflavoner var den gennemsnitlige reduktion i risikoen 27%. Effekten blev konstateret ved ufermenterede f\u00f8devarer, men ikke med fermenterede som miso.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Times New Roman;\">\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Times New Roman;\">Selvom tobaksrygning antages at v\u00e6re den altdominerende \u00e5rsag til lungekr\u00e6ft, g\u00e6lder dette if\u00f8lge forskerne ikke for omkring 25% af lungekr\u00e6ft tilf\u00e6ldene. Tidligere har b\u00e5de cellekultur-og dyrefors\u00f8g vist, at genistein (et isoflavon som findes i soja) havde en kr\u00e6fth\u00e6mmende effekt. Disse fund er blevet bekr\u00e6ftet af denne meta-analyse.<\/span><a title=\"\" href=\"#_ftn3\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">[3]<\/span><\/a><\/p>\n<div><br clear=\"all\" \/><\/p>\n<hr align=\"left\" size=\"1\" width=\"33%\" \/>\n<div>\n<p><a title=\"\" href=\"#_ftnref1\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">[1]<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> En <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">case-kontrol-unders\u00f8gelse er et<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00a0studie af udvalgte faktorers mulige sammenh\u00e6ng med en konkret sygdom.
